Powder dust on rear wheel

I have now 1900 km om my c650gt. I always notice powder dust on the rear wheel. I think it's no brake dust because front wheel does not have this. Also when starting from 0km/h the clutch is causing vibrations until I pick up some speed. Anyone else is having these problems?

The rear brake has more wind protection so it will have brake dust on the rear wheel. In additon, as the Clutch engauges it can shudder a little, it does have to transfer power into motion.

Thx for ur answer!
Final question. I also notice a rattling sound in the engine when cold.
When the engine is getting warm the rattling sound slowly disappears.
Anyone has noticed this already?

Well, that could be possible but it wasn't there the first 1000 km. yesterday I noticed again something new that's not right I think. I started the bike on the center stand and opened the throttle a little bit. The rpm increased a little bit and then the engine almost stalled. The throttle was opened and the engine responded like I would open and close the throttle constantly. When riding everything seems normal. I have recorded this with my cellphone. Would like to post that movie but don't know how.
