Looks like the Ocean, I wonder how long it was until the scooter self destructed after that trip.

Of course all scooter guys want more power, so why not put in a slightly bigger marine engine?

I always get a shudder when I see auto ads with a car running along a beach in the edge of the water. I wonder who got to buy that car after its saltwater bath.

It's Brighton in Sussex in UK, and I live here!

I thought it might be Britain. I've seen pictures of Brighton Beach that looked a lot like that but the costume of the rider and the license plate looked pretty much like the Eastern side of the pond. I'd suspect that poor scooter had a lot of corrosion and rust problems after that bath. I owned and amphibian and a float aircraft and even on them which were built to operate from water fighting rust and corrosion was always a chore because of operating from saltwater in SE Alaska.
