Sidestand reassembly

I had the misfortune to have my side stand literally fall apart. When attempting re-assembly I was missing the collar bushings which I ordered and now can't seem to make them fit. Has anyone had to reassemble a side stand and could give me a clue? The bike is a 2013 C650 GT On the side stand parts assembly diagram i'm referring to the parts labeled 10. There was a sidestand bolt recall - maybe your bmw shop will help you out with this.
