I just got my recall notice on my 2013 Friday. I could swear that I had this recall done on my original bike four or five years ago. And was supposedly done on the replacement by the original owner when he had it. Still waiting on the callback from dealer.

No bike history for me just scooters. I went from a 250 Helix clone to a C650GT. Looked at a Burgman and a Silverwing. Burgman and Beemer are close. I went with beemer for a scosh more leg room and factory option heated seats and grips.

By franchise contract, dealers are not allowed to discount the current model year. That said, the first service, accessories, etc are not restricted.

If you have the power outlet under the seat it will be the bmw style.

The reason for the limitation is because of the speed rating on the tires. Check your tire specs. That extra 10 - 12 mph is no good if your tires come apart on the track.

That’s right about blue book oe nada. I got that from insurance when mine was stolen and trashed. Just make sure that all of the recalls have been done. You can get info on those on this forum. I loved mine so much that I found another one, same year and color. Also, red is fastest.

Looks nice, but I am happy with my 2013 GT. However, if you are willing to sell the side racks and cases separately I would be interested in them. I understand you want to sell bike as is and not take them off. Mark

Have you checked the side stand kill switch? There have been instances where they were loose.
