I came across this video on YouTube for the new 2026 C400GT.

Based on the video the following options will be available - adaptive cruise control & TPMS

It mentioned cruise control in this AI review? I'll beleive it when I see it.
So it looks like this was already posted and called BS!

I reported this news earlier in the year.... dealers knew this then, but being the HONEST dealers that most are  kept leading customers on only to now tell them what they knew long ago..... there are still NEW models out there but dealers are adding a premium demand charge onto the already non-discounted sticker, which is the reason I told them where they could stick the premium and bought a BRAND NEW 22 Vespa for a quarter the price..... I HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE for IDIOTS at USA dealerships who think they can :poop:do as they please, someone who does not care about throwing their $ away can have it!!! 🤠

Pics???? I stopped taking pics of things long ago, the only thing I take pictures of now is my new Rx bottle(s) cause I can’t remember the names when asked by which ever doc😉
I try to get you one when I get home from holiday 🤠
1) Thanks -- I'd love to see your Vespa.

2) I subscribe to German vlogger "Scooteria," www.youtube.com/@Scooteria (and his English-language channel, "Marc Stones," www.youtube.com/@Marc.Stones ). Marc seems to always have a Vespa, along with a typically changing annual crop of maybe another scooter and a bike (one of which now is my other current bike, a Meteor 350).

Take a look at this video of his from a couple of years ago: www.youtube.com/watch?v=MWL2fhhdvQ0

3) I take phone pics of my meds, too, so I can show my various docs what I'm taking, if they want to know.

Nothing against Vespas but I need something larger that is Freeway capable. When my 2022 C400GT gives up the ghost what do I go to next?
Another option is the Kymco AK 550, they make an ABS version which is nicly decked out and a Premium version that has cruise control, TPMS, tracktion control, an electronic windshield and other luxury features it is also a twin cylinder that will do 100+ MPH. I sat on the ABS version and started it up, at a dealer in Chicago. I did not test ride it as I was not interested in that model. But the ergonomics, sitting position, and quality, felt similar to the BMW. (The ABS version is 463 lbs so only a few pounds heavier. The Premium is 492 lbs. (So not much heavier than the BMW) I was concerned about reliability as the early models had several issues, the biggest one being battery drain, however people say that has been worked out on newer models. When I posted about reliability on their Facebook forum I got one reply that said don't buy it and 17 or so reply's from happy owners. One owner had over 75,000 KM on his bike and is using the original drive belt because the dealer inspecs it and keeps saying it looks good. If I come into some money I don't need, I'm going to buy a Premium. Until then I am happy with and enjoy the C400gt and don't think I would sell it even if I get the Kymco. I only have a little experiance with Bergman as one of the scooter club members of old had one. They seem to have Honda like reliability.

I use to ride my 300cc Vespa on the freeway. But I rarely took any of my bikes on the interstate. It's just not my kind of riding. I got pushed off the interstate by a car changing lanes who just did not see me on my Vespa. I wasn't a threat. Luckily there was an off ramp there.
A friend of mine got shoved off the interstate on his Goldwing so it could happen to anyone but you are easier to see on a bigger bike. Personally I think these maxi scooters are more comfortable and a little more visable than the Vespa's for long rides. I loved my Vespa's and they were reliable as can be and easy to work on but I have no desire to go bake to one after having a couple maxi scooters.

i agree w/u 100% about the bigger scoots being more comfy for longer rides and for larger framed folks....

Here in Southern California in morning rush hour I regularly have to 'push' my bike over 85 MPH just to keep up with the flow in the carpool lane. This will be before it gets congested so say around 5 AM. I don't even feel entirely comfortable on my C650 let alone on a smaller scoot - that's why I commute on a K1600 6 cylinder ...

85mph in the carpool lanes WOW u are lucky(and get to white line) 🎉🍺 I can remember being bumper to bumper at 0300 in those lanes on the 101 going into downtown, then the train was born, funny thing traffic only got worse as folks moved further and further north and made that drive in, I would have been ready to kill somebody in the workplace if I had to do that daily 😉 yes scoots are not ideal for the autobahn so u are smart to take it up a few notches 🤠

I'm in SoCal, and I commuted with the C400 (until it self destructed). With the traffic, I hardly ever go above 75mph. I had no prob doing 75mph for an hour in traffic on the C400. It's a big scoot already, compared to kymco 250/beverly 350s, etc.
