Hello team.
I have a 2013 C600 with the following setup. Malossi multivar 22gr, white spring, on the clutch yellow, akrapovič exhaust, malossi pipes and malossi filter. The belt remained serial.
At first, I had an acceleration of less than 5 sec, after driving about 200km, my acceleration dropped to 5.8. Do you agree that it could be down to the belt? Would the malossi k-x fix the acceleration situation?
Has anyone driven with 20 gr, what are the results? I'm most interested in acceleration. If it's positive with 20 gr I'd order with a belt

I doubt it's the belt.
I'm no expert on tuning by a long shot (I feel the stock setup is more than fine) but having replaced my C650 belt after 30K kilometers, I found it had not worn hardly at all, I think it would have been fine for another 30K kilometers and for that reason I did not throw it away.

I ordered malossi belt and rollers 20gr, so I'll see how it will be when I install it. Some drive a combination of 20 and 22 and it turned out well. Malossi vario should work better with a malossi belt.

Take a good look at the clutch performance. It is often a culprit. Using tougher springs that stock in the OEM clutch is a bad idea, might cause slippage. Using Dr.Pulley’s clutch may wear the clutch bell sooner.

I didn't notice any clutch slippage. I even thought about putting red springs in the clutch so it would catch later, but that could lead to the problem you mentioned.

How useful is it to do an ecu remap since the scooter has a Malossi exhaust manifold and filter? Has anyone done it that can write something positive?

There was a french company who claim to have the tunes, I have not done this yet.
There may be some small win but in my experience a well-working clutch that engages early gives more of a pep and I was happy.
All I know is GPR exhaust without baffle was not good for performance as it removed backpressure. And it was too loud, I am back to stock.

What's your setup like and how long does it take from 0-100? I have a tuning company nearby, they also have rollers so they do each engine individually.

I do not have a Draggy, but it feels like around 5 seconds.
I have just gone back to stock exhaust and this improved performance, perhaps for the backpressure.
I have BMC filter and Dr.Pulley’s clutch, rollers are stock weight 43g but not round - Dr.Pulley’s SR series.
Oh the suspension is reworked too, this was one big culprit to usability.

I am happy to report I have upgraded my C650 Sport with a Malossi Wild Lion exhaust.
Bought directly off Malossi webstore, used some points for their belts etc for a good discount.
So far, it feels an excellent product, way better than my previous GPR Furore 4 Evo that disintegrated after 3 years of service.
Malossi has following advantages:
1. It features front (input) backpressure aperture, which gives the engine power back in all revs, including the higher registers of RPM!
High speed roll-ons feel almost like Yamaha's CP3 except for lower top speed.
2. Excellent but well-controlled "growl" with the baffle removed - the front aperture tunes the sound too so it is neither droning nor annoyingly loud - perfect for both touring and city riding.
3. Mounts properly and precisely, just make sure to rotate mid-link pipe accordingly.
4. Looks match my triple black (ehrm, "storm metallic") colorway.

4. Izgled odgovara mojoj trostruko crnoj (hmm, "olujni metalik") kombinaciji boja.
I like your choice of exhaust. I believe that this exhaust must be nicely hit for bmw, Malossi always has good things.
Now that you've bought an exhaust, you'll get more points, so you can take a malossi multivar, it will put a smile on your face.

Since it is difficult to find a power curve in relation to rpm, there is not enough data to tell whether it makes sense to pass 6500 rpm or not.
I am currently running the malossi variator with 24 gr rollers and I get around 6500 rpm at full throttle. The malossi website shows a very informative (rpm/speed) diagram where it compares the stock versus the malossi setup. With the malossi, rpm reaches 6800-6900 rpm at full throttle. I guess this is with the 22 grams fitted.
Although I find my current setup ideal, a nice combo of faster acceleration/still smooth city riding, I guess it would be worth testing the 22 gr rollers sometime.
20 grams seem too low, acceleration gain should be minimal if any. Urban riding would be pretty bad.

I was hoping to get a little better acceleration up to 100kmh, but that was not the case with 20gr. According to some measurements, I even lose acceleration from 50 to 100kmh. I still have the option to try without the db killer as we mentioned in another topic. As for the top speed, I went up to 180 and there was no blockage, I thought it would be much less. The only thing left for me is to remap the ECU, but I don't know what the gains are because it's quite expensive. If he knew that the acceleration would be 4.5 to 100 km/h, that would be ok. There is a lack of information on the forums about ecu remapping

You need to test with Dragy or Vbox.
Test conditions should be similar, same road, no wind, no high/low temperature, no humidity. Trust me all these affect numbers a lot.
Doesn't the C600 have antispin?
Having 3 hp up or down from stock, should not be the case for not being able to reach 180 km/h. I wouldn't rely on this factor to check performance.
What rpm you get at full throttle with 22 gr and 20 gr?
I also plan to tune the ecu, probably in a couple of months, I will keep you updated through the other thread.

These are the results with 20gr. According to this, the tachometer turns out ideal. From the start to 50kmh I have 5k rpm, from 50 to 100 I have 6k rpm, from 100 to 120 7k rpm. I have no further in this measurement. Unfortunately I do not have a measurement with 22, I have to do that.
As for slipping, if the tire is new and the asphalt is good, you will not have any interruptions, and if necessary, the rear sensor can expire so there is no interruption.
