Are you in luck!New CE 04 owner here. I reside near Charlotte, in North Carolina. I am enjoying the new scooter but am finding that I have some “range anxiety” on occasion plus people parking regular or electric vehicles at charging columns not plugged in, &c. Bought a 40 amp “TeslaTap” and a NEMA 14-50 adapter so I have options for charging as well as a J plug. It certainly is a learning curve but for what I bought the scooter for, it is fine. I haven’t run out of juice - yet!
